Meet Cameron

Cameron is a young boy aged 7 years.  Social deprivation has meant that he has delayed learning so he needs to have opportunities to enjoy activities for a child his age and specifically to do things together with other children.

He and his Mum get help from Cornerstone 4 hours a week and Cameron attends Cornerstone’s summer playscheme.  This takes place for 6 weeks over the summer, 3 days a week for 6 hrs each day.

Cameron loves  mixing with other children, and has increased in confidence. He really enjoyed the summer playscheme and made firm friends with one of the younger boys who also attended.

His Mum says that he is ‘coming out of his shell’ now.  She is thrilled to see him developing day by day.
